Co-founder
Wellington brings over seven years of software engineering experience across finance, marketing, and supply chain logistics. He is also co-founder of Noble Base, a marketing and software development agency that helps small businesses and technology startups build software and execute bespoke marketing strategies at scale.
Co-founder
Ryan brings 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a track record spanning digital marketing, social media, and software sales. He also founded Cox Coaching, where he works with senior leaders and high-performing operators on execution, pattern recognition, and confidence-based mindset work.
